Quotas are ridiculous!

Quotas are a stupid idea. You can't force kids into sports they don't want to play. Rugby tends to favour white kids, many of whom are bigger and heavier than their black counterparts - who tend to prefer soccer as a result. When it comes to cricket, thanks to Fikile and his incompetent ministry, most black kids simply don't have the facilities to play on. And then there's athletics in which, like Kenya and Ethiopia, we should have numbers of top black competitors - but don't, again because of lack of facilities. And as for swimming - well it's a white person's sport because there's something about white physiology that makes them good at it.......Taking these factors into account - 60/40 quotas are utterly ridiculous!
