Quotas a waste of time

I just had a second to look at this article, in my opinion, I think it's a waste of precious time even talking about it.

Sport is different from employment as this is controlled by ones talent regardless of their color or race.

Whoever has the talent and passion, potential to play at any level in sport must be given a priority to prove themselves regardless of their skin color.

Please politicians, live the sport to the sports men and women to operate independently without any unlawfulness like the quota(60/40).

If politicians wants to help, let them put in place infrastructures to develop sport from all levels including the disadvantage community.

Mind you, equality in sport will not work at national level but at grassroots level where everyone is given a chance to developer their talent regardless of their skin color.
