Quinny for Biff, no way!

2013-12-17 11:45
Graeme Smith (AFP)
Just coz he showed his hand in the recent series (at home might i add) is no justification for his inclusion in the test team…we are no1 becoz of the consistency of selection. Quinny is young and should be given the chance to gain better understanding of his game at international level, so many have succumbed to the pressure and ended up not living up to promise…you do not take a young bloke and just throwing him in without the proper guidance. And regardless what some might say …look at Smith’s rec before gunning for his head…he’s the last person that should be considered for replacement even thou i’m not his biggest fan either, i respect his contribution. We have these almost SA B team tests against lesser teams (Zim, bangladesh) throw him there….TEST cricket is not the same as ODIs…but u need to play cricket to know that…
