Oscar has admitted to killing

This one of our biggest problem that we have in our country. we commit crime then get a chance to go to court just to defend crime. Oscar has admitted killing Reeva. Why are we still going to court wasting so much money on the case and time. where they can just sit around the table work this case out. He has to take a knock for what he did. he knows that. why not waste time deffending the sentance than wasting time defending the murder case which he has commited.
 
I have nothing personal against Oscar. but against the system that is being in our country.
