Off-form Morne is no use

Why does Heynecke insist on Morne Steyn as a fly-halve as Morne does not have the skills expected from an international fly-halve as he lacks the ability to control the game from behind the scrum.  Secondly if his kicking is off on the day what use is he to the springbok team.
 
Heynecke should have picked Pat Lambie as a fly-halve and bring in Aplon as a fullback/wing . Picking Lambie as a fly-halve would have given him the game time he needs to develop and sharpen his skills further as a world class fly-halve. Lambie has the what it takes to become that fly-halve we have been looking for after Joel Stransky.
