ODI's/T20's two different games

ODI/T20 and Test cricket are 2 complete different ball games. Can't throw de Kock in to open against the likes of Johnson. Our problem is that Amla, Smith. Duminy all are out of form. They were not near sharp enough for the first test. With St. George's being slow and should turn, we need a specialist spinner that can give us the edge. Tahir is an option, but only if the seamers have done their job. By the way: Hudders is only the convenor of selectors. Don't shoot the messenger. Rather ask who we have on the selection comitee that goes out of his way to please government's demands. That might bring you to the answer why certain players like de Kock, Miller, Abbott don't get picked.
