No other country enforces quotas

In Sa rugby has always been in our blood the same as soccer has been in your blood. Its what we like in the cultures we live in. If I play soccer my fellow colleagues laugh. Give me a rugby ball things change. Slowly but surely we are getting world class African players.the Ndungane's, beasts, kolisis etc. these okes are on Merritt and they've worked just a tad more to get there than you are used to. Don't spoil it for them now because you don't like us pale people. Ps you don't see Americans dominating world rugby or cricket or even soccer, even though they have some of the most technologically advanced resources at their disposal apart from the amount of people that live there. They like Football and Baseball and basketball
We live in a world where facts and fiction get blurred
