The CTS should never have been built in the first place, it was built by
the FIFA bully Blatter for his SWC ambitions, instead a fraction of
that money spent which I believe was R3,9Billion, could have been used
to upgrade Newlands for the world cup and Cape Town would have benefited
greatly with one world class stadium where soccer fixtures are already
played along side rugby and we wouldn't have been left with a legacy of a
debt ridden white elephant.
