Matfield not a good motivator

The problem with Victor is that he cannot motivate the players in tight situations. Last week against Wales was yet another example, while he was arguing with the ref Duane and Adriaan were busy talking to the players. Fourie is too much of an introvert and not the man for the job. Bismarck at present form will not be my first choice hooker, let alone captain and Adriaan is not Heyneke's first choice hooker. If it was not for Schalk's injury when Heyneke took over, he would have been the captain and I suggest that he will be the best choice should Jean not recover for the WC.
