In 2011/2012 Man City finished on 89 points, a year later they finished on 78 points and Man U at 89.

In 2013/2014 Liverpool is looking at 89 points.

Fact is teams like Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea and Arsenal underperformed in 2012/2013.

In 2013/2014 Man City are back in the hunt, so are Chelsea under Mourinho and Liverpool. Not to mention Everton boosted by loans and Tottenham with an additional 100 million...

The game is changing completely and Man U are no longer the only team with an unlimited budget. They'll just need to appreciate that.
