Make refs accountable!

Why should he be allowed to retire on his own accord when he should have been brought to book at the time.  I have stopped watching the game altogether until such time as referees are made accountable for their bad performances.  One bad performance affects 22 players per team who have worked hard and made huge sacrifices to get to the pinnacle of their career, only to be “robbed”.    May I never hear of Bryce Lawrence, Paddy O’brien, or any of the infamously biased referees again.  Oh yes, what about the TV ref reversing points resulting from bad refereeing real-time, then we wont be ripped off by these refs.  And when will the Bok management grow some balls and call a spade a spade, instead of being martyrs everytime the McCaws and Pockocks steal the game away from us????????
