I am an ex Saffa, who has spent the last 19 years, living in Sydney. You can tell me to mind my own business as I now live in another country if you like? However from afar, it seems to me, South Africans don't like to mix Sport and Politics, but the two are intertwined. Especially as for many years, South African Rugby (and other sporting teams) teams weren't representative of all South Africans. Luke's comment about puking on the Bok jersey was in sympathy to the majority of South Africans. Not all white South Africans condoned the heinous crime that made sure people of colour were denied a chance to represent South Africa, but we when were probably guilty for not doing anything about it, personally. To all those who hate Luke, take a step back, and think what it would be like to not allowed to represent your country because of the colour of your skin? Then remember that the Springbok emblem was symbol of racism to many. Even though I live overseas, I will support the Boks till my dying day. I don't think Luke Watson is to blame for the complicated politics of South African Rugby. He is just an outspoken sympathiser for those that could not represent their country in the past.
