Groom specialist players

why can't SA develop players for specific positions in stead of cross using players in position that are not theirs ... why must we cross polinate players ...

Where is the rugby development.... if SA wants to better tha the All Blacks then they better start seeing each position in a rugby team as a specialist position ... get an injured full back and we replace him with a scrumhalf ...

I wonder if our SA coaches would be willing to take a heart transpant from a brain Surgeon ... after all the brain surgeon is also a surgeon "just like" the heart surgeon is a surgeon
