Government is responsible!

I'd like the minister to tell us why there is a serious lack of high performance centres in townships. Your Sowetos, Tembisas, Atteridgeville. these are the kinds of places where talent can be identified, yet government does not have these facilities in place.

If they had these structures in place, done the work to identify this crop of quality players and nobody was picking them, THEN he can start talking about sanctions etc.
