A number of fans on the Sharks' Facebook page expressed their unhappiness at the prices at tickets, which are R350.

Here's what Sport24 readers had to say:

"R350 is too much to ask for a full stadium.I would love if the Shark tank was full for a change." - Uzail

"Daylight robbery. R150 per ticket is still fine for a final. That's why the stadiums are all empty.Food and drinks are also very expensive in the stadiums. You hardly get something for under R20. Rather have a full stadium at half the price than a third of the capacity at double the price." - Jeanne Minnar

"The price of a ticket at R350 is ludicrous and smacks of executive greed, particularly in these hard financial times. An empty stadium would be a crying shame, particularly when the Sharks are doing so well and have had a great season. A more realistic price would be R250 max."
- Rob M-S

"A reasonable amount will be R200 for a final." - Jonathan Kyd

"If a guy with a family of 4 is going to spend 1400 on tickets for the final then you are going to need some extra entertainment."
- Jason

"The Sharks need to make lots of money so that they can buy more players."
- Alfred Neuman

"Sharks need the extra cash to pay the ref." - rodney.louis.7

"Empty stadium in a final...shocking! You can go see the Bokke for that much (just)." -  seanread.crisp

@seanread.crisp - "Sean, you will be seeing the Bokke."
- bootman.bokke

"If you don't want to fork out the money for a ticket - watch at home...simple as that."
- Richard.Kohne

"The whole vibe of Sharks rugby is about getting the family down for the event and the braais on the fields after. A this price it is unaffordable." - TravieGrif

"If you had a season ticket it is free."
- goyougoodthing

"I am not paying that to sit in the rain."
- Byron.Wright.102

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
