Fans: Kings fairytale to end

Cape Town - Sport24 readers are hoping for a win for the Sharks - and a loss for the Kings - during this weekend's Super Rugby action.

Although many South African fans said they would still support the Kings against foreign opposition, against South African opposition they are still bottom of the popularity stakes following SARU's controversial decision last year to include them in Super Rugby in 2013 at the expense of the Lions.

According to our a Sport24 poll, a massive 36% were in favour of the Sharks dishing out some pain to the Kings, whilst only 7% were hopeful that the Kings' fairytale start would continue.

Sport24 asked: "What would you most like to see happen in Round 4 of this year's Super Rugby tournament?"

This was the response:

36% - The Sharks to beat the Kings and extend their lead atop the SA Conference
27% - The Stormers register their first victory of the season against the defending champion Chiefs
22% - The Bulls to knock the Blues off their perch in Auckland
8% - The Cheetahs rebound from last weekend's defeat and beat the Highlanders
7% - The Kings to continue their fairytale start by beating the Sharks
