Faf's decisions were questionable

While our batting performance was great, man oh man, our bowling and the captaincy around that were seriously poor.
They were complaining about a flat pitch - Please, at least hit the pitch?
Faf sending Abbott in after the absolute tonking he had taken all day in the 19th over was just stupid. As the commentators rightfully said, give De Lange something to bowl at - we had them wobbling, but we send the guy with the worst figures in, and he bowls a wide on the first ball. Obviously his confidence was wrecked already, and Faf should have known better.
