Done moaning about Quotas

There has to be better efforts to implement effective transformation.

I am past moaning about quotas – if unions cannot commit to effective transformation and make it work then they should be forced to do so with quota’s. There is a huge talent pool out there that we are failing to benefit from simply becuase its a bit challenging.

My only concern is that some unions will continue to ignore transformation and simply attract the cream of the crop with money. Quota’s should somehow provide incentive to make use of locally developed players from the area where the union is situated.
