Children learn at school

Well let me explain this to you very simply Mr Fikile Mbalula ...... children learn to play sport at school. In the bad old apartheid days - that's how sports-people learnt the basics, and the better ones played for the first team, and when they became adults, the better players were selected to play for their province, and eventually the better provincial players made the national team - and the ones that weren't so good, or didn't practice as hard, ended up not playing for their province or country. Now what exactly have you done, Mr Minister, to set up these playing facilities in the schools where the majority of black children are attending? Nothing - that's what! You and your cronies are so busy stealing whatever you can to fund your own lavish lifestyles, and you can waste billions of rands on submarines that no-one can use, and on Nkandla and the like, but you don't have money to develop the facilities at schools (never mind that you can't even get text books to those schools). So the sports that traditionally were played at the old so called 'white' schools, are still played at these schools, and these kids are developing their skills - whilst the majority of kids going to the traditional so called 'black' schools are not. Nothing is going to change, unless the government starts to deliver and build the necessary facilities to allow all of the kids to develop their skills.
