Call a space a spade

Hang on a second, lets call a spade a spade here, our top players, our most talented and blessed with the oval ball players ply their trade overseas. How are young up and comers supposed to grow their game if their is no-one to learn from? Adding to that the number of injuries we have to key players in very key positions for all the franchises, is it any wonder then that we are struggling so much. I want to be upset, and while I am, to a certain degree, I think some things must be kept in context rather than adopting a "sky is falling, we're all gonna die" approach.
