" frustrated by the fact that the bulls insist on poaching established players rather than building on what they have." Sorry but that is NOT true. The Bulls are known for buying young players and bringing them through the ranks. They made a mistake letting Morne go without having proper back up for him in place, hence them now looking for flyhalves. I do not however think they should get Goosen. JLP and Pollard are good enough, they made a huge error in investing in Fouche and letting Boshoff slip through there fingers.
