Brumbies legally in the wrong

The sharks already settled the balance owing. They are instituting damages because of a prohibitory clause - one which I find as per my experience in law to be unfair (yes I did intellectual property and contract law). A clause cannot exclude the former employee from earning money elsewhere plying his trade - unless ofcourse the information or exp he picked up could otherwise be used against his former employer or in any way adversely affect their franchise. Lmao in what way does that apply to coaching? Sweet boggerol. Its disgusting that they want to use such methods outside of rugby to get back at a former coach. IMO, jake should just dispute this. They have no claim except a sour taste of not being top of the log
