I think that south african players need to get paid more and play less games it will give more players time to rest and give new players oppertunity to get more play time and increase the player roster for international games and will give the sprinboks more option on players if there is a lot of injuries in a year but saru can give top management big increase that could go to keep more players in SA time to make sure SA rugby doesn't die out!
