Black players hate quotas

It is really sad that after so many years quota’s still have to be forced into sport.  Surely, if the “Black” players wanted to play they would do their level best to play the game and be eligible for selection…..I  mean, I believe that players are currently being selected on merit and  therefore, the players of colour currently playing are there on merit.  Why force players of colour to play?  As already mentioned, it is a slap in the face of current players of colour and of course…….why should this be forced into rugby when nothing is being done in Soccer?

I do not have anything against players of colour but I do not agree with this being forced into a sport that is literally our national sport.  I for one, will certainly not be happy if this is done and the standard of play goes down.  This is grossly unfair and racist!
