Bakkies is still golden

This Bakkies fellow is certainly the cream of the crop with regards to lock forwards. Even as a youngster plying his trade in a light blue jersey on the hallowed turf of Loftus he instilled fear in his opponents and respect within his team. A true son of the soil. No fancy hairstyles, no pro writing his press releases. No Sir, what you see is what you get. Hard as nails, tough as teak. The Pretoria lock factory is proud of this gem. In the mould of Adri Geldenhuys, Louis Moolman, Drikus Hattingh, Frik Du Preez. I apologize if the elders of WP, FS and Transvaal just soiled their pants at the thought of having faced those legends. God bless them!
