Vinales fastest in Le Mans third practice

Le Mans - Spaniard Maverick Vinales topped the times in the third and final practice for the French MotoGP at Le Mans on Saturday.

The Yamaha rider, quickest in Friday's two sessions, clocked a quickest lap of 1min 42.498sec, 10sec slower than the day before due to the wet conditions.

His compatriot and championship leader Marc Marquez (Honda) and Australia's Jack Miller on a Ducati came in second and third.

Rain is forecast for qualifying which gets underway from 1210GMT.
