Magnussen summoned to the stewards for 'dangerous' move

Cape Town - Kevin Magnussen could be in a hot water, and closing in on a one race ban, after being summoned to the stewards in the wake of FP1 in Spain.

The Danish driver clearly impeded Charles Leclerc in the latter stages of practice, earning the ire of the rookie driver.

Despite being on a slow lap, he made a late and aggressive move across the track and almost crashed into Leclerc

"Magnussen needs to understand that he is not alone on track," said the Sauber driver.

"I mean honestly he is on a slow lap and he stays on line.

"Every time it is him, every time."

Magnussen has been summoned before the stewards to answer to a charge of "unnecessarily impeding car 16 (Leclerc) and a potential dangerous manoeuvre."
