London - Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone says Sebastian Vettel's dominance could be harming the sport and wants someone to dethrone the sport's youngest ever champion.
While the German Red Bull driver first became champion in the last GrandPprix of the 2010 season, he successfully defended his title with three races to spare in October.
Ecclestone says "we don't want what happened last year, which was not too good" and was surprised the TV ratings were still high at the end of the season.
Ecclestone says "we perhaps need a change" of champion, adding "I think everybody else would agree with it." He hopes "the last race is going to be the one where the championship is won."
The season opens at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne on March 18.
