Cape Town - South Africa's Fabrizio de Abreu came out on top in his age category at the 2019 Kids Australian Open at the Riverside Oaks Golf Resort this past weekend.
De Abreu won in the Boys 13-14 category, posting rounds of 71 and 77 to finish on 4-over, 148 - and cruised to an eight-stroke victory.
The 13-year-old's nearest competitor was Australia's Isaac Fan, who ended on 12-over, 156.
Competitors played two rounds of 18 holes each at the famed Australian course in Sydney.

De Abreu was one of two South Africans who participated in the Kids Australian Open this year along with seven-year-old Simthandile Tshabalala who finished fourth in the Boys Under-7 category.
