In addition, the two are planning to file in Elin's native Sweden in an effort to keep the details a secret from the public, reports The New York Post.

According to TMZ.com, the couple is very interested in "keeping the terms of the divorce confidential."

Woods has hired West Palm Beach lawyer Thomas Sasser to help him split from Elin.

Nordegren is the one who's "pulling the plug on the marriage," according to RadarOnline.com.

"There is no arguing any more," one source close to the situation said.

"They don't fight. There is a coldness between them and it's Elin who is pulling the plug on the marriage."

"Tiger's return to golf made her unhappy. That's when she grew cold toward him," according to the source.
