Cape Town - SA's top ranked golfer Louis Oosthuizen recorded an ace in the final round of the South African Open at Randpark Golf Club on Sunday - but it wasn't enough to bring him victory.
Oosthuizen, who led by one stroke going into the final day, made a hole-in-one on the eighth hole.
It was Oosthuizen's fourth hole-in-one of his professional career after aces at the 2016 Masters, 2016 Open Championship and 2019 WGC-HSBC Championships.
Although he took the lead with the hole-in-one, Oosthuizen ultimately fell short of victory and had to settle for second behind his compatriot Branden Grace, who romped to the SA Open title.
