'Big 5' alert | Elusive beauty spotted at Leopard Creek

Cape Town - There's no doubting Leopard Creek Country Club on the border of the Kruger National Park is appropriately named!

Combining flora and fauna - and golf - makes this week's European and Sunshine Tour co-sanctioned Alfred Dunhill Championship a favourite for many professionals.

And for 2017 season winner, South Africa's Brandon Stone, things got extra thrilling when one of the elusive members of the 'Big 5', the African leopard, was spotted in the dense bush - presumably not searching for lost golf balls.

Former professional and now respected commentator, Tony Johnstone, also took to Twitter to document the privilege he had of watching a leopard in a tree for a full hour.
