Cape Town - Louis Oosthuizen is South Africa's lone ranger at the penultimate event of the PGA Tour's FedEx Cup events - the BMW Championship.
Oosthuizen made the Top 70 spot after the Dell Technologies Championship, which concluded on Monday.
He made a final round of 68 and ended tied for 31st on 6-under 278 in Boston.

The South African retained his position in the FedEx Cup standings, as he entered in the Dell Technologies Championship placed 69th.
It is highly unlikely for the 35-year-old Oosthuizen to claim an elusive FedEx Cup title, as he must win both the BMW Championship and Tour Championships and rely on current leader Bryson DeChambeau to have consecutive poor finishes.
Oosthuizen is currently on 729 points - 2 888 points behind FedEx Cup leader DeChambeau.
Meanwhile, Branden Grace (88th) failed to qualify for the event at Aronimink Golf Club this week.
The BMW Championship takes place from September 6-9, with the FedEx Cup trophy and it's $10m prize to be awarded after the tournament.
