Scott marries in Bahamas

Sydney - World No 2 golfer Adam Scott has tied the knot with long-time girlfriend Marie Kojzar in a small ceremony in the Bahamas.

"It's official. I am a settled down man and very happy," Scott told the Australian Associated Press.

The wedding, attended by close friends and family, was at Scott's Bahamas residence on April 17.

"We just decided to get on with it, we've known each other long enough, let's go and jump right in the deep end," he said.

"It was just our family and a few friends and obviously there are a lot of people we would have liked to have had there who weren't but we decided to have a very low-key affair."

Kojzar and Scott, 33, dated some years ago and got back together before he claimed the Masters in 2013.

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
