Zimbabwe face uphill battle in Dhaka Test

Dhaka - Zimbabwe, who set a target of 443 runs to win the second Test against Bangladesh, reached 76/2 before bad light brought an early stumps on the fourth day in Dhaka on Monday.

SCORECARD: Bangladesh v Zimbabwe

Brendon Taylor and Sean Williams remained at the crease with four and two runs respectively after spinners removed both openers Hamilton Masakadza (24) and Brian Chari (43).

Bangladesh, who had a 218-run first innings lead, earlier declared their second innings on 224/6, with skipper Mahmudullah Riyad hitting an unbeaten 110 off 122 balls.

Zimbabwe lead the two-Test series 1-0 after winning the first Test in Sylhet by 151 runs.
