WATCH: Kingsmead an ocean after Durban storm!

Durban - Some of the images that have come out of Durban over the past two days have been staggering following Tuesday's storm.

WATCH: Durban storm floods Kings Park

The Sharks took to Twitter to show the chaos that the weather was causing at Kings Park, but footage coming out of Kingsmead is even more jaw-dropping.

The field looks more like a swimming pool than it does a cricket ground!

Former Dolphins and England star Kevin Pietersen was as shocked as anyone to see what his old home ground looked like.

Fortunately for the Dolphins, there next match in the Sunfoil Series is scheduled to be played in Pietermaritzburg when they host the Titans from October 16.

The original video was posted by South African hockey player Lloyd Madsen, who joked that the tide had been known to play its part at Kingsmead.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
