Cape Town - Former Proteas captain Graeme Smith rolled back the years with a game of street cricket in Delhi on Saturday.

The 38-year-old is in India where he is working as a broadcaster on the ongoing IPL, but he still found some time for a lighter moment.

Street cricket is known as 'gully cricket' in India, and Smith looked right at home.

Judging by Smith's tweet on Saturday, it sounds like his batting ended in a victory for his side.

The left-hander said he "absolutely loved it", and social media seemed to love the footage too.

Smith played 117 Tests, 197 ODIs and 33 T20Is for the Proteas in a career that spanned between 2002 and 2014.
