Cape Town - Proteas all-rounder Chris Morris has a massive fan base in India, but even he gets star-struck at times.
The 'Million dollar man', as he is affectionately known, landed in India on Tuesday where he will represent the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Morris was given the nickname after he pocketed around $1 million (R16 million at the time) when he was first signed by Delhi ahead of the 2016 edition of the tournament.
The 31-year-old did not play in Tuesday's six-wicket loss to the Chennai Super Kings due to his late arrival in the country, but a picture on Morris' Instagram account on Wednesday suggested he has settled in well.
Morris posted a picture of himself standing next to 23-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, with the pair seemingly having met at a sponsorship event.
"It’s not everyday you get to meet a GOAT!" Morris posted.
The will inside you sums up everything. Your grit, your defiance, your glory. And I am about to witness the will of 1.3 billion Indian people. See you soon India. #wewill #IndiaWill @underarmourin pic.twitter.com/oTKyyiN94P
