Cape Town - Just 11.2 overs could be bowled on day two of the first Test between the West Indies and Pakistan from Sabina Park in Jamaica.
In that time Mohammad Amir grabbed the two wickets he needed to complete his five for before the rain that had washed out the morning session returned to end play.
Jason Holder and Devendra Bishoo added 20 runs to the overnight score before Amir struck for the first time.
Bishoo (28) nicked off to Amir wafting outside the off stump in an example of poor footwork from the spinner.
Amir then castled Alzarri Joseph (0) with a ripper though Holder (55*) held everything together for the short time he was out in the middle.
The West Indies will resume their innings on 278 for 9 with Shannon Gabriel (4*) partnering Holder.
Play will start half an hour earlier for the remaining days to compensate for time lost.
