Bravo and Chetty were both absent as the Dolphins were bowled out for 82 by the Knights on Sunday - the West Indian was struggling with a hamstring problem while Chetty had a quad strain.
Although a final call will be taken on match day, it is expected that the duo will be fit to take on one of the Dolphins’ main rivals for the playoff spots.
The Dolphins currently sit fourth, three points behind the third-placed Cobras, who have a game in hand.
"It is a big game," admitted coach, Lance Klusener.
"I think second spot is also attainable and if we win all of our games we’ll be right in there.
"For us every game is a big game from here on in, but it’s great that we’re in this position and that our future is in our own hands.”
While Rory Kleinveldt and Justin Kemp are both nearing full fitness again for the Cobras, their lack of match fitness means that coach, Paul Adams, is likely to stick with the young bowling attack that has impressed him so far this season.
"I think they’ve done really well," said Adams.
"With each game that’s gone by they’ve gained a lot of experience and they’re growing nicely."
The Cobras have, therefore, retained the same squad from the one that beat the Titans by four runs in Durban on Sunday, but remain wary of what the Dolphins can achieve if they hit top form.
"The one thing that’s evident with the Dolphins is that they play high-risk cricket, so on their day they can be very dangerous," said Cobras captain, Justin Ontong.
"If it all comes together then they can post big totals, so we’ve just got to make sure that we’ve got all our plans in order."
