LIVE scorecard from Durban

The hosts are coming off a comprehensive innings and 81-run win in the first Test and will be hopeful of another victory to secure their first home series win since 2008.

South Africa have been forced into making one change with fast bowling sensation Vernon Philander ruled out with a knee injury. Marchant de Lange, the 21-year-old fast bowler from Tzaneen will make his Test debut after playing just 14 first-class matches.

Sri Lanka have not won for 15 Tests in a row and in an effort to turn their fortunes around have handed a Test debut to wicketkeeper Dinesh Chandimal. Kaushal Silva is the man to miss out.
