A brilliant final session from Sri Lanka has brought them right back into the game and they'll be the happier team going into Day 2.
The Proteas lost 4 wickets for 74 runs in the final session after being 194/1 at tea.

Unfortunately there is no Hotspot, but De Villiers was sure he got no inside edge onto his pads...
There appears to be no edge from the video evidence.
Should be given not out.

WICKET?! De Villiers is caught at short square leg off the bowling of Perera.
But De Villiers has reviewed the decision...

One thing is certain: as long as De Kock and De Villiers are at the crease, the SA run-rate will improve.

Interestingly, left-arm spinner Herath continues with it.
16 Jul 2014
Quinton de Kock is the new man in for South Africa. It's interesting to note that De Kock has been sent in before JP Duminy...
Maybe it's a night-watchman role for the wicketkeeper...?

SA 246/4 after 82.3 overs.

Oh wait, the dog is still on the field.

Perera back into the attack after the drinks break. It's four overs before the second new ball is due. Will Sri Lanka take it? Should they take it?

This is Hashim Amla's average batting at No 4 in Tests, with one century and no fifty in 11 innings.
However, it must also be noted that he's batted at No 4 only 11 times out of 132 innings.
