In addition to the live streaming, CSA will for the first time screen in match game clips on its social media platforms as well as on the CSA website and the CSA App.

“With plenty new digital options available for fans to enjoy their favourite sport, we felt the need to extend our offerings beyond the traditional TV broadcast platforms,” explained CSA Chief Executive, Haroon Lorgat.

“We have many fans all over the world and we know that the Proteas are well supported and loved across the world, so this is welcome news to all of them.”

The live stream option will be free of cost to fans reaching 59 territories around the world including New Zealand.

With CSA also working on enhancing the stadium experience for fans attending matches, the ‘in game clips’ could be a winner for any fan wanting to catch up on key moments during the match.

“We believe that the in game clips will be a very popular feature as it can be accessed at your fingertips on a variety of platforms,” said Lorgat.

“This is the start of us trying to provide our fans with greater access to Proteas content, both in and out of the stadium. We are also committed to improve the stadium experience for our loyal fans through more fan engagement,” concluded Lorgat.

The CSA App is available for free on the Google Play Store on Android and on ITunes on IOS.
