Cape Town - Cape Cobras coach Ashwell Prince has not made the trip to Port Elizabeth for his side's CSA T20 Challenge clash against the Warriors on Saturday.

The franchise confirmed on Friday that Prince was attending to personal family reasons and that he would be unavailable for public comment until Tuesday.

The good news for the Capetonians is that Proteas veteran Hashim Amla is available.

There had been serious doubts that Amla would travel given that his father, who has been critically ill, was back in ICU on Friday morning.

The news out of the Cobras camp on Saturday, though, was that Amla would be available for selection.

The Cobras are top of the standing currently having won four of their five matches, and it was also confirmed that they will have JP Duminy back for their final two group games of the competition as he completes his rehabilitation from a shoulder injury.

Saturday's match starts at 18:00.
