Proteas' preliminary CWC squad named

Cape Town - Cricket South Africa on Wednesday named the preliminary 30-man squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup (CWC) as required by the tournament regulations.

The final squad of 15 will be named in January.

The World Cup starts on February 14 and runs until March 29.

The Proteas will open their campaign against Zimbabwe at Seddon Park in Hamilton on February 15.
