Cape Town - The round-robin stage of the Mzansi Super League has come to an end, so now is a good time to look at who leads the way stats-wise.

The curtain on the group stages came down in spectacular fashion on Wednesday night as the Durban Heat, led by Albie Morkel's 57* (28), got over the line against the Tshwane Spartans despite AB de Villiers' majestic 93* (52).

Each side played 10 matches, and the playoff places have now been determined.

The Cape Town Blitz finished top of the log and they will host the tournament final at Newlands on Sunday, while the semi-final will be contested at the Wanderers on Friday when the Jozi Stars host the Paarl Rocks.

There are obvious issues that Cricket South Africa (CSA) must work on ahead of the 2019 edition, but the quality of cricket throughout the 2018 edition was of a generally high standard.

Here, we look at the stats that matter after the group stages to see who made the most of the chance to play in South Africa's new T20 product.
