Centurion - Quinton de Kock scored a masterful century to steer the table-topping Cape Town Blitz to a 60-run bonus-point win over the Tshwane Spartans in the Mzansi Super League on Saturday night.

The Proteas star scored 108 from 55 balls as the Blitz posted 172/9 off their allotted 20 overs.

De Kock’s opening partner Janneman Malan (34 off 29 balls) was the only other Blitz batsman who got to double figures.

The home side was then bundled out for 112 off 18.2 overs, with only Dean Elgar (37 off 26 balls) troubling the scorers.

Left-arm spinner from Pakistan, Mohammad Nawaz, starred with the ball for the Blitz by taking three for 14 in three overs, while seamer Nandre Burger also took three for 19 in 3.2 overs.
