Consolation win for England

Cape Town - An undefeated 113 from England's Ian Bell set up a consolation seven-wicket win for the visitors in the fifth and final one-day international against India in Dharamsala on Sunday.

Suresh Raina scored 83 runs to help the hosts recover from a precarious 78 for five, to post a credible 226. Tim Bresnan (4-45) was England's best bowler.

England reached their victory target with 16 balls to spare. Eoin Morgan (40 not out from 40 balls) partnered Bell to steer England home.
