London - The England rugby team head coach Stuart Lancaster has shown his team a motivational video featuring Proteas captain Graeme Smith.
According to The Telegraph's website Lancaster showed his team the motivational video featuring Smith in which he talks about the team culture he tried to instil in the Proteas, in a "quest to look at the culture, identity and legacy of his team".
Lancaster was showing his team how Smith had defied the odds as a young captain with an unorthodox batting technique.
England have won the Triple Crown in this year's Six Nations and could go on to win the competition this weekend if they defeat Italy this weekend and Ireland lose to France.
