Tributes paid to D'Oliveira

Johannesburg - The players of South Africa and Australia stood for a minute's silence in tribute to South African-born England cricketer Basil d'Oliveira before the start of play on the third day of the second and final Test at the Wanderers Stadium on Saturday.

South African batsmen Graeme Smith and Jacques Rudolph wore black armbands when they resumed their innings.
